Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our ecommerce platform stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
KIVENS use third-party payment processors SIBS Payments and PayPal to process payments made for products and services via the Site.
Sharing Your Personal Data
We share your Personal Data with third parties to help us use your Personal Data, as described above (for example, the ability to sign in with Facebook). We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Data for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers for tax purposes.
