Shipping and Returns

FREE Standard Shipping on orders to Portugal (mainland)

All orders to USA are shipped on Price All In – All Duties & Taxes included basis.

Our products are shipped to Europe (EU) and EUA. We usually need 1 day to fulfil your order. You will be notified about our shipping times when you place an order.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 1/2 business days. If you order on Friday, we will fulfil your order the next business day. Orders placed during the Weekend will be dispatched between Monday and Tuesday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.

 

Estimated delivery time

1 to 3 working days to Europe.

2 to 6 working days to other international destinations.

European and internacional orders will be shipped via DHL Express.

National orders will be shipped via DPD.

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we are operating with certain shipping restrictions as a result of government containment measures.

 

Payment

We will ship the goods after payment has been received. Our confirmation email will contain all the information for the transfer of funds. Please understand that we can reserve your goods only for 5 days business days. Unfortunately, once this deadline passes, we have to cancel your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, credit and debit cards, Paypal and MBway and Multibanco in Portugal.

 

Tracking

We  will send you an e-mail with a tracking number after dispatching your order. If you do not receive it, check the spam folder or get in touch with us.

 

Returns

Due to  health reasons and to assure that our products remain safe for everyone, we cannot accept returns.

However, goods that are faulty or are received damaged/broken/packaging opened at the moment the carrier leaves it with you, please take a picture and send it to us so we can understand what went wrong with the transportation and we will send you back your order again.

If your item is faulty/broken when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as well. Just request your Returns Merchandise Authorization number and return the damaged goods to us within five days of the day you received them so we can inspect them and issue your refund.

For missing packages marked as delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of three business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement.

We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 5-day return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

Please be sure to double check your delivery and product details before placing the order as we cannot change any order details after dispatching it.
